Very rude staff, my partner wanted to use the bathroom as we just came off of the ferry. A waitress assumed she was German and spoke to her in German, switched quickly to English informing her the bathroom was "for guests only". My partner had told the waitress that she'll purchase something right after using the bathroom, informing her that it was an emergency. The waitress seemed to grimace and brood and deny access. Mind you the whole restaurant is bustling and not short on guests. 100% will not recommend this place. Kindness and good faith in passerby's goes a long way and the staff failed. If customer service is 0/10, then food or ambiance doesn't matter. read more

We went here today and were thoroughly disappointed. They had a vegetable cake on display, next to it there was a sign saying "vegan". I asked the lady at the counter whether the vegetable cake was vegan and she said "Ja"(she only spoke German). Then I asked again "weganskie?" and she said "tak"(yes). As we ate, we were surprised at how convincing the feta in the cake was, assuming that we were eating some sort of marinadet tofu. Upon paying I asked about the ingredients and the guy at the counter (he had just come in) said that it was egg and feta. When I told him that there was a sign next to it saying that it was vegan AND that I had asked twice, he meekly apologized. The whole breakfast situation was one of the more expensive meals we had in Poland so far. Overall I would say that this place wants to cash in on the vegan hype with the tourists but they don't seem to care at all about veganism. read more
