We were interested in coming in to to get a quote for auto and renters insurance. We drove to the address listed on their yelp page but it doesn't exist. So we called hoping to get better directions. Manny answered the phone and offered to take the information over the phone but we wanted to do this in person. He then transferred us to someone he said 'could get us in touch with a local agent'. Great, except the number he transferred us to had no option for someone looking for a quote and no option to speak to a live person. So I called back, Manny again answered. I told him the number he transferred me to wasn't working for me. He said NOTHING but transferred me back to the SAME NUMBER! WTF??? Very rude and unprofessional. Cannot recommend this business AT ALL. read more

I went in to change the coverage of one of my cars from full to plpd, liability. I had my policy papers in hand and showed the agent before she started adjusting. After and hour of sitting there, which seemed excessive for modifying coverage, the bottom line was that with telling me she had completely rewritten a new policy with a totally different, unheard of, company. This ended up costing me nearly $350.00. My wife and I went back and argued the case and they denied my initial request of just wanting to adjust coverage.
