I made appointments for my husband and I with a nice lady who told us she would be handling both of us. When we arrived this same individual told us she was busy doing manager stuff and that the only other stylist there would handle us. Well this lady who though very nice was deaf. She couldn't hear or clearly understand what we wanted and we could not understand a word she was saying which made it quite difficult to explain to her how we wanted our hair cut. We were both not satisfied with the end result. On top of it, we are both seniors and was charged what we consider exorbitant prices; husband/haircut only $37.96 and myself/shampoo and cut $46.97. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and we will not be returning to this location. read more

We went there last time we were staying in Yuma. Had great haircuts at a reasonable price did a great job on both of us. Then this yr we went ( new management? ) And my haircut was ok but my poor wife had this young girl who shouldn't be cutting hair. And need to go back to school of hair dressing. Didn't have her own brush to style hair. She chopped my wife's hair so bad that it's taken 2 + Months to grow back enough to get done by another place. I pray no one else ever gets this young girl. Don't know what going on But no senior discount and to charge $26. Dollars for a 15 min. Mens haircut was insane. Had I known there pricing had increased that much never would have gone there. Last visit it was around $15.00. At the the end of the day we paid $65.00 + for a hacked up haircut. Very very disappointed. Too bad really did like this place. read more

Went in for a totally different style of hair and was nervous doing so, however Meranda was amazing! She guided me through the haircut and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She took her time and made sure to ask if I was okay through it all and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. My first visit and I was very impressed. I was greeted upon entering and they checked my appointment and then directed me to a chair to begin the cut. I had not cut my hair for over a year and it was in bad shape. Meranda was wonderful, she took time to talk to me about how I wanted it and then she just made it happen.
