She took 3 inches off my hair and didn't pay attention to the picture I showed her of my style. She rubbed lotion on my arms without asking if I wanted it. She asked if I wanted a "deep conditioning" and I said yes because I thought it would moisturize my hair. Wrong. She put so much garbage in my hair while blow drying that it came out all dry and brittle. When she got done blow drying my hair it looked absolutely NOTHING like my picture. No bangs, no part, no movement. Then she put more product on to make it lay flatter. I was quoted $125 for a cut and color. Went up to pay and was charged $165 and she still tried to sell me more product! Three words for the wise... don't do it!!!
