Walked In, no one greeted me. While standobg at the counter, a woman walked from foot side, frowned up, didn't greet me acted like I was not Present. Finally a hello from someone on the nail side. " May I help you? Requested a " French tips" no pedicure. Had me sit in chair #4. The frowned lady waited on me. Removed my nail polish. Another customer came to entry, she immediately pointed for her to sit down, discussing nail color with her, stood up taking cart with her, got nail color swatches standing over there going through colors. Super expensive. I paid $75 to get a full set dip. I thought this was pricey but they did a good job. I went back two weeks later for a fill and paid $70. That is outrageously expensive for a fill. On top of that my nails were blotchy and messed up. Definitely not worth the price at all. I will not be returning. read more

Went in for a basic pedicure with gel polish. I picked out a black holographic color (from the swatches labeled red for gel polish). Instead of the polish being the color I chose, it was plain black. I waited and near the end, the man doing my nails said they needed to apply a powder on to the black to make it holographic. But the powder wasn't sticking. So another lady came over and buffed off topcoat and tried powder again. Powder wasn't sticking. So lady repeated this process of buffing and repainting another 7 times or so. By then my skin was cut and bleeding from repeated aggressive buffing. I asked them to just stop because my toes hurt. So I ended up with the wrong color polish, cuts on my toes, and they didn't even offer to comp my pedicure. I have pictures to show cuts on my toes. read more

When I first walked in I explained to the receptionist that I was looking for a neutral color for the whole weekend and she assisted me in picking the best colors for my outfits. I then had Sarah do my nails and pedicure and she was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Paid attention to all my cracked skin and my heels are softer than a baby's butt now! She didn't even get annoyed with me when I was ticklish! She was very time efficient while also making me feel that I was a priority to her. This salon has a bar and great massage chairs. If there's a way rate less than 1 star, I would. The nail technician was rude, rushed, and did a very poor job. My sister was told that they gave her a pedicure, although they didn't trim her nails, cuticles, massage her or put any lotion on her hands. All they did was paint them. I was given a gift card to pamper myself from coworkers. I went in for a pedi and a set of french tip acrylics as i will be in a wedding in the next week or so. I picked the Spa pedi thinking they would not just half way massaged the feet. $35 dollars they barley did anything to them i do more than that at home. As he finished he asked if i wanted gel polish i said yes he said ok $5 dollar more i said ok. I then got my acrylics placed and went to pay. They charged $25 dollars for the application of gel polished on my toes when i said that was not what i was told they said "it always $25" i said i have never had my feet done there but that he had said $5 they argued with me about what i was told. So all in all i paid $50 for the acrylics, $10 extra for French tip, $35 for pedi and then $25 for gel polish. I paid $120 total for a pedi and acrylics that was insane. Today was my second time here. The first time that got me in the door was a gift card I got for Christmas. I wasn't thrilled my first visit as it took over two hours for a pedicure and to get a fill. The tech did not do what I asked on my toes. He done what he wanted to do. The "boss lady" done my nails and talked me into doing the dipped nails. She told me it was usually quicker service and that they were short handed. Fast forward to today....I decided to give them a second chance. Again I was there over two hours for the same thing. The tech that done my pedicure also done my nails but did not do them the same way the "boss lady" did the first time. My nails look bumpy and have "gritty" spots on them. She put oil on my hands and expected me to leave and go up front to pay. I was not about to get oil all over my purse and wallet so I went to wash my hands first. When I was paying she stopped what she was doing with me to answer her phone. I had the EXACT same thing I had done the first time done today. What cost me 65$ the first time cost me 80$ today. She was too busy talking on her phone in another language to see that I had questions. I got home to discover she done a very shotty job filing my toenails too. There are several with sharp edges. There's no third chance for me. I won't be back. There are other nail salons in town. read more

I got my nails done here less than a week ago. I always get dip back home. The process here took half the time, which I appreciated, however it seemed very very rushed. They dipped my nails twice, even though I asked for my nails to be dipped an extra time. The clear coat was not what usually goes on my nails and my dip nails are now chipping. The dip also looked like I had my dip powder on for longer than I did. My nails also look kind of bumpy. Not evenly smooth or buffed. There is a lot of white space. I also had to go home and refill my nails because they were uneven. I also paid $8 more here than I do back in STL. I guess I will be sticking to my usual place. However, this place does a good job at getting people seated fast and the lady was kind and helped me pick out a color. read more

Would give a 0. Paid $60 for a fill in that two nails broke that same day. Paid $60 2 weeks before that for a full set. $120 in two weeks with broken nails. Sooo unhappy and disappointed. Can't find a good nail shop these days that don't result in broken nails with expensive prices. read more
