I shop here each time I go to the outlet mall. I like their selection and I have always received good service from the employees. I find them to be friendly and very helpful. They have used most of the products and can describe their application. I describe my hair or skin needs and they direct me to the proper product. read more

Rude and snooty. For some reason the customer service is not kind or personable. We've been here three times and each time it's uncomfortable asking questions and they act like it's inconveniencing them to not be sure what is needed, isn't that their job to help the customer figure it out? read more

The store has most ridiculous rules: you can not purchase more than 3 same products. If you come in with friends, then you are a "group" and a group can not purchase more than 3 same products (so each of us no longer have our individual right as we stepped in this store?). The stuffs are so rude. My advise, don't shop there, go somewhere else. read more
