Ladies there are so professional in hairdressing and so polite and they really have so much experience and trainings behind them. What is special about this place? Atmosphere- is calm and relaxing...no shouting above your ear :) full professional treatments based on L'Oreal products and history of hairdressing. I think you shall try at least ones to judge yourself...I did not have negative experiences due to young person was doing something with my hairs like putting colour or wash. She or he been always supervised by much experienced person and also when you signing in you can ask for the person you want by name. Prices are on higher level but normal for this type of the place. They are affordable for sure. P.S. I had my hairdo done there for the first time when I was 17 years old ...:) There is also beautician for facials.

More than once I had hairdressers complain that it is difficult to work with and usually the request is "wash the day before". Not Caroline! (I do hope I got her name right!) She was not only super nice and washed my hair on arrival to be able to prep it properly (my preferred method - you don't need day-old hair to create a lasting updo if you are really good), she also had no problem with the texture and just took a really long time to work on it and prepare it before starting on the updo itself. Overall it took 1.5 hours and the result was totally worth it. My hairstyle lasted all through the night, including the dancing part, and it looked lovely and as if I had three times the hair I have! The most impressive part for me though was that I could brush it out with ease the next day, despite the teasing. I have hardly encountered any hairdresser who manages that so huge props to her, if I lived in Krakow I would come back :-)

Here you just ask for nice haircut and you get it. The price is 40 pln, it includes washing hair before and after, together with head massage. Funny thing is that the price is not decreased if you decline washing. They give you a card where they keep track all the haircuts, the twelfth one is given for free. Also instead of scissors they use straight razors. Not sure if it is worth or better, but the process looks awesome.
