As a backpacker, and staying in Esbjerg for about a month with some friends (that I only met on the…read moretrip actually) I was a frequent visitor this affordable fast-food eatery. If you're from the region, you've probably heard of "Polsemixe" but for those who aren't, it's a tasty combination of fries, crispy onions, dressing, sausage, curry-ketchup, and raw onion. It's a treat that I've never been able to re-create. This place, out of the ones that I tried in Esbjerg, was by far the best. Friendly service (even though I couldn't speak danish too!) They were quite accomodating. Now if only I could get on a flight over there right about.... now....
