I've invested thousands of dollars in Corsair products--memory, cases, fans, liquid cooling, keyboards, mice, and more. Every year, I hope their software will improve, but it never does. I regret ever starting with their overpriced products. While I love their hardware, for the premium price, you'd think they'd invest in hiring capable software developers. The way they handle updates is especially frustrating--interrupting gameplay and forcing you to update before you can enjoy your game again. Their macros and hotkey programming have so much potential but never seem to hit the mark. My new liquid cooler's LCD display is flickering, and the fans are either constantly running or shutting down my PC. I even took this new build to a professional to double-check the setup, and he confirmed what I feared: "Never buy their stuff. It never works properly, and your peripherals will randomly stop working," which is exactly what I've experienced. So disappointing... I plan on doing a complete overhaul later this year and cannot wait to replace all this Corsair junk. Maybe Razor will do a better job. read more
