They arrived early morning with intentions to get the job completed as projected. We were informed of any necessary updates and unforeseen situations or install delays. His suppliers were courteous and confirmed where to leave materials in preparation for our installation day. They were mindful of placement on our property. Even when suggested they could place the cargo closer to the garage the deliverer confirmed his suggestion to make certain we had adequate clearance for both vehicles to enter the garage. Chad walked me and my wife through the process of having an effortless, unhindered installation. ABC Inc Fencing is the most reasonably priced and affordable without empty promises and flashiness. We expected quality and stellar craftsmanship and that is what we received. They are absolutely the best in the area of Milford, Delaware. We appreciate that Chad is upfront, honest, with great energy, and a man of integrity. When you want the best choose the best. Thank you, Chad

REVIEW BY REBECCA MYERS…read more On February 2, 2019 around 11:30 am, I heard a loud noise when walking into the kitchen. Water was pouring into the garage from a hole in the garage ceiling as a result of a broken water pipe. Being a Saturday, I left messages for several people and finally got a phone call from a friend who came over to turn off the water and then from Wayne Shannon, President of Shannon Builders, Inc. By that time, a hole had formed in the wall between the garage and the dining room. As a result, water was also pouring onto my dining room table and floor. I cannot say enough good things about Wayne Shannon! He immediately arranged for a Plumbing Specialist to come to my house that evening and replace the broken water pipe which was connected to the outside faucets. The Plumbing Specialist also took pictures (at Wayne's request) of all the areas affected which included the living room floor. Wayne also scheduled men to arrive at 10:00 am the next morning to remove the damaged carpet in the living room and dining room, and the damaged dry wall in the garage on walls & ceiling, plus dry wall in the attic. They then left machines for three days to dry out the rooms. Wayne came over that day and several other days to make sure everything was being done correctly and on schedule. Because I have solar panels, there is a solar box in my garage. Wayne spoke with Solar City in regard to removing the solar box while working on the wall in the garage and to have it replaced. It was replaced on 3/20/19. Wayne also checked measurements for carpet and dry wall and brought me color samples for both. He also arranged for a Pod to store furniture in while the painting and carpet installation work was being done. Wayne Shannon made sure that everything was done correctly and on schedule. I am very happy with the work that was done to correct the damage to my home. In addition, Wayne worked very hard to keep the cost under what my Home Insurance would pay. He deserves a five star rating ***** and I would highly recommend him for any work,

Shortcutz is a short-cut to bad service and a horrendous experience…read more Avoid Shortcutz Landscaping at All Costs - Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Unaccountable Our HOA hired Shortcutz Landscaping, and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Despite repeated reports of turf damage caused by their equipment--including deep ruts and extensive lawn deterioration--Shortcutz failed to take responsibility or provide timely, professional repairs. Instead of communicating or proposing a real solution, they showed up unannounced and dumped dirt and grass seed into the damaged areas, leaving our community looking worse than before. Not only was this a substandard "fix," but they never asked for permission or provided a plan. It will take weeks for any grass to grow in--if it does at all--and the current state of the property is unacceptable for any professional landscaping company. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and complete disregard for industry best practices have left our Board with zero confidence in their ability to service any property--residential or commercial. Shortcutz may try to shift blame to weather or the client, but the pattern is clear: they underperform, deflect, and leave you cleaning up the mess. Do yourself a favor--look elsewhere. There are far more professional, responsive, and competent vendors available.

The "oh well you signed the contract " statements were not warranted . I trusted a reputable company to guide a new customer.
