It is the same experience as going to post office. Long lines not the more efficient service and can be generally a frustrating experience. This Servipag located on Miraflores is centrally located and never too full. However to be honest it always take forever to get through the lines. I really don't know why but it just does. I have also had the experience of trying to cash a check and it's a check from the only bank that Servipag won't accept so be sure to ask before you waste your time in their long lines. Other than that the concept of the Servipag is great. I have been able to pay my rent when my bank website was down. I would say great for emergency payments or money transfer.
