Established in 1989.
The business has had five locations and two owners since its inception 25 years ago. I have owned it since 2003. In the beginning it was a office service business for baby boomers in many varied industries from finance and wealth management to media, executive search, insurance, real estate and technology. In the post recession environment, we have responded to the new demographics and lifestyle realities: two worker households, "work anywhere anytime", and many aspects of the "sharing economy". As a result we now offer a very wide assortment of office types and arrangements in support of a much more varied clientele. We have a range of hedge funds and fund managers now, plus media, law, insurance, international operators, realtors and a large REIT. Many relationships date from the 1990s. Our staff has been with us since the early 2000s, so we offer considerable continuity of service and responsiveness.
Meet the Business Owner: Frank M.
Frank McBrearity has owned the business since 2003. Prior to that time he was an executive in real estate asset management. He is a long time resident of the area, and is on-premises most days.
