I was to move to Tipton, IA for work and was approved 2 weeks prior for my lease to begin 4/1/2024. During that time approved I had contracted professional movers arranged and work in that area to begin soon after the move. The owner, Teresa Horton, ignored my voicemails, calls, and texts to complete the lease then told me 3 days prior to the lease beginning she never received my application so I agreed to change the date so the completion of contract was to take place 4/1/2024 and new move in date was 4/5/2024. I was approved again 3/30/2024 though never heard from her until 1:52am 4/2/2024 via text. Very unprofessional. I was forced to cancel my movers and delay my work in that area last minute as I lost faith I would have the contract signed and keys prior to the move. She was great at making excuses once we were able to chat so I did give the one star. Good Luck. read more

I have worked with them twice now, once to buy and once to sell. Both experiences were good. Buying was very smooth, they made sure everything went well and that I knew what to expect etc. Selling we had some issues (due to the buyer agent, not my agent). My agent was always prompt to return calls/emails and answer all my questions. She handled the issues with the buyers agent and made sure I was aware of everything each step of the way.
