Please go with another payment processor. Rather than listening to their client and supporting our wishes to pay a fee for the information needed to automatically transition our organizations monthly donors to a new payment processor, they gave push back and then simply stopped responding to our request. This led to us manually needing to switch everyone over and we lost a few of our recurring donors because of it. It was a frustrating process that took months longer than it should have and left us in an uncomfortable place with our donors. read more

Please do yourself a favor and don't use this business. Adam Hawk orignally signed me up more than a year ago but I think he's left the company. I have had mutiple communication issues with them. I now just want my statement on the $50 regulatory fee charged to my account so I can use it on my taxes. I've sent repeated emails and called to no avail. I finally canceled my account without any confirmation back in december;however, secure net says my account is still open. Ugh.. there is a ripoff report on the web that sounds very accurate to me even though there is a rebuttal. Today Nick Logan tells me to send him a copy of my last statement so he can see what it looks like????? It seems to be family owned, very small but one hand does not know what the other is doing. Don't use this company. Their technical platform malfunctioned causing us untold problems While "stuff happens", my gripe is that they were then completely ineffective in negotiating between us and the merchant bank costing us money that has still not completely been regrouped. What they were capable of resolving took them 2 months! We have gone back to utilizing Paypal. While it costs a bit more, at least we never experienced a nightmare like this with them. read more
