For more than two decades, I've built my career around leadership, service, and earning people's trust.
As a coach, I've had the privilege of mentoring young athletes and teaching the value of preparation, accountability, and doing things the right way. In business leadership, I've managed teams, coordinated complex projects, and learned that professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are the foundation of exceptional service.
Outside of work, I'm an avid woodworker and the owner of Rooted Home Woodworks. Woodworking has reinforced something I believe applies to every profession: details matter. Whether crafting a custom piece of furniture or handling an important legal document, precision, patience, and pride in the finished product make all the difference.
Those same values are what inspired me to create Cornerstone Document Services.
