I really like this store. It's a good place to get a bargain. I always stick to the cheap area on the right. So far I've bought a futon, a tall shelving unit with wicker sides, a ~5' tall bookcase, and a rice cooker. Most things have stickers with dates, the prices dropping as each date passes. If a date drop is close enough, they may go ahead and give it to you for that price, even if the date hasn't passed yet. I can't remember what I spent on the futon and shelving unit, but the bookcase was just a smidge under $9 and the rice cooker was $5. The workers are polite and helpful. They cleared off the bookshelf for me and loaded it into my vehicle. The store accepts cash and cards.

They also have limited hours which can be a problem for anyone who works and/or has a busier schedule. The only day I can visit is Saturday and they close at 4pm even on that day. They are closed on Sunday. The prices are reasonable for a thrift store and they have half off based on the color of some tags. I did find one item half off. A fun storage container. I got a cute top to to wear with leggings for $3. They have a small room in the back that is called the vintage room. There were a few, nice pieces but they were all very small sizes. They were okay prices but maybe a smidge high for thrifting. That selection was a little disappointing but maybe it's better on other days. They had a big table of Dunkin' Donuts bagged coffee and pods at really good prices but it was all pumpkin spice which really isn't my thing but if it's yours, you should head over (this is as of 2/4/23)! I may visit again and check if they sometimes get in other flavors. Have cash on-hand or be prepared to pay an additional 4% fee to use a debit or credit card. The store isn't that big and I was there on a Saturday, so it was rather crowded and I had to stand in line about 10-15 minutes because there was only one register. That's not a complaint because this is a small, charity thrift store. I bet the 2 or 3 ladies I saw who appeared to being working there are volunteers. I just want to people you know what to expect, so of you are in a big hurry, you may want to skip going until you have a little more time. The neighborhood in Mandeville where it's located is a walkable area with a couple of restaurants right down the street, The Rusty Pelican and Hambone. Free public parking lot is directly across the street from Gran's if you can't find a spot on the street. If you like thrifting, you should check out Gran's if you are in the neighborhood.

Amazing store! I go there all the time. The Lucky Rabbit has every vintage item you could possibly…read morethink of. Every time I go there, there's something new. Plus, if you're go around Halloween, the place is filled with all sorts of cool animatronics. Sometimes they even have Halloween walkthroughs. Last year when they had a Beetlejuice walkthrough, it felt like I was in the movie. This year they have a Goonies walkthrough. It was insanely cool, but it was a bit claustrophobic. But if you're in Hattiesburg, definitely stop by. You won't regret it.
