They are always well stocked with ice and beer, and there are a lot of other fun nicknacks and gifts for sale as well. Today when I went in they had beautifully detailed laser-etched wooden depth maps of the lake, which was really cool. They also sell things like t-shirts and hats as well as chips and other snacks. The spot itself is fairly new, and they have built a beautiful deck with tables and chairs so that you can relax and enjoy the lakeside views. They stay open extra hours for holidays, which is really nice! We were there over Memorial Day Weekend, and even though they are normally closed on Mondays they plan to be open in case anyone needs anything over the long weekend.

Worst Stripes I have ever been to. This was once on my daily commute, and only out of necessity,…read morenot want, did I ever make trips inside. The staff that work here are absolutely terrible, I wish it was just one bad apple, but it seems the seeds of corruption were distributed evenly. From the ridiculously rude old ladies who work the poor excuse for a deli, who were literally going out of their way to be disrespectful to my wife who is just trying to order food off of the menu that they have on display. On a separate occasion I came in to buy a simple lighter, the young female cashier totally ignored me while she had a full conversation with what seemed to me was the manager, manager couldn't have cared any less about my presence, I'm trying to hurry up and get out of there, because I hate being in this place to begin with, and these jerks went on for a good 5 minutes while I sat at the register, cash out on the counter waiting for them to sell me this lighter. Now, I'm not trying to get a bic, and they were all out of crack lighters, so I was forced to get their signature "stripes" crack lighter, and these devils charged me literally $2.09 for a simple mini lighter! The whole ordeal honestly felt like robbery, as not only was I robbed of my hard earned money for a wimpy little lighter, but I was also disrespected from the very beginning with the staff. I would avoid if at all possible, I have never had a good experience from this place. If you must stop here, just pump your gas and go somewhere else. There's a shell station just down the road that is run by a bunch of Pakistani folks who are 10x more compassionate and respectful than anyone at this business.
