I wouldn't recommend this place to homeless person or if you think this is a place you should go. Being a 1st timer I didn't have a preference on who. When we got there the person we got assigned to her name was Lyndsay or something like that. I feel bad dropping names here.. but, you can't improve if you don't know what you need to work on. First off she didn't greet us and introduce herself. How did I know her name? I had to search the website. I did all the initiating. I showed her the picture of how my son wanted his hair cut. I told her he wanted a blowout taper which is longer in the back. I told her I was going to go run errands and come back. My son has the screenshot of the image if she needs it for reference. She goes no I don't need to see it again. Came back my to pick up my son and the haircut was nothing like what he wanted. He had a cut similar to a bow cut. My son was so mad. The cut was sooooo short. He said so many kids were going to make fun of him. Overall, ask questions if you are unsure. This lady was just very rude how she spoke. Not friendly at all. This review does not reflect the barbershop as a whole. I am sure there are many talented barbers here.. but, this barber couldn't achieve the look we wanted. Looks like she is just a basic fade type.

Studio 360 Salon - Gel polish

I was given a gift card from my kids for Christmas for a massage and a mani/pedi. They set up the…read moreappointments and gave me the gift card. My daughter had called to confirm if they do gel nails, and she was told it was a $10 add on for the mani, and they do not do gel on the toes. When they called my daughter to confirm the appointment, she again asked about gel and was told I could add it on when I got there if needed. The massage was first. I got the 60 minute relaxation massage. The actual massage was nice. The therapist asked if there were areas I needed extra attention on. She was professional and quiet. However, the room is right across from salon chairs, so the noise coming from the salon was distracting, as was the music from the salon. It took away from the calm music in the room and the relaxing massage. Next was the mani/pedi. I was led into the nail room where I asked about gel for the manicure. The tech said she couldn't do gel that day because she didn't have the stuff. Hmmm....ok. No real biggie. I asked to do the pedicure first so my toes had time to dry before putting my boots back on and she said that was fine. I got my shoes off and she noticed my toes were painted. She asked if it was gel on my toes and I said yes. She then told me she had no way of removing the gel that day either. Frustrating. If a nail salon offers gel, they should have all the equipment needed. I ended up needing to rebook the mani/pedi appointment l, which was also frustrating because I have to drive over an hour to get to this salon. Two days before my rescheduled appointment, I was contacted to reschedule again because of a conflict. I finally made it in Saturday. The tech told me she was sorry for the confusion, she apparently didn't have time for gel removal the first time. I was booked for an express mani/pedi. That's as basic a mani/pedi as I've ever had. She removed the gel polish on my toes (soaked it off, so I'm not sure why she couldn't do that the first day), soaked my feet for a bit, trimmed/filed the nails, painted, and some lotion. The manicure consisted of filing my nails a bit, trimmed a couple cuticles, lotion and gel paint. Toes looked nice. Fingers looked good, until I got outside in the sunlight and noticed some looked lighter than others, like she didn't get as much polish on some fingers. Then that night after dinner, I noticed my thumb nail had a huge section that chipped off! I got gel on my fingers so it would last a couple weeks. I live too far to go in and have it repaired, so I'll have chipped polish until I get another mani. The whole experience with this salon makes me not want to go back. I wouldn't recommend it for nails. As for a massage, if extra noise doesn't bother you, then it should be fine. Update: it's been two days since my gel mani and every single nail has had the polish peel off. :( Update: 2/20 I received an email from the salon (maybe the owner?) after my first review. The email said someone would reach out to me on Tuesday. I got a call Tuesday morning-from the nail tech. She apologized that the polish came off and asked if I wanted to come back in and she would redo it. I explained that I live over an hour away, already had to make a second trip there, and I planned to call the owner to discuss a refund. Chloe said the owner wasn't in, but she would call her. I asked Chloe to give my number to the owner so I could talk with her. A couple hours later, Chloe (nail tech) called back. She said she spoke with the owner and a refund wasn't possible, but I was welcome to come back in for another manicure. Again-I live over an hour away. I can't just pop-in for a manicure. I never even received a call from the owner. What kind of business owner puts that off on the young employee? I don't know how the hair stylists are, but I would not recommend this place for nails at all. And, if that is how the owner deals with crappy service, I can't imagine what would happen over a bad haircut or color! I'm only leaving the second star because of the massage therapist.

Absolutely the worst Great Clips I've ever visited! I will NEVER go there again, I won't let my…read morehusband ever go there again and I plan on telling everyone I know to NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! This place is ridiculous! Despite every other Great Clips that have wait times that vary between 30 and 40 minutes, this Great Clips is literally the ONLY one that varies from 110 minutes, to 210 minutes wait time EVERY TIME! At 9 am in the morning, at 10 am, when they open, the second they open the wait times go to 210 minutes and they suspend the wait list so you can't even put your name on the list. How is that even possible? You are trying to convince me that on a week day at 10 or 11 am, there are that many people that push the wait time to 210 minutes? That is actually impossible! Take today for instance, on a Wednesday at 2, I pull up the app and here we are, a 210 minute wait list. People work, kids are in school, but we are supposed to believe that this Great Clips, off the interstate, in a shopping center, has a wait time of 210 minutes while the Great Clips in Mequon and Grafton have wait times of 20 to 30 minutes? Impossible! There have been several times in the last year that my husband has waited 3 hours, sitting in his car watching not one person go in and out of that Great Clips, just waiting for the App to tell him it's his turn. Another perfect example, and this is not the first time, it's basically EVERY time. Today we checked the wait time, which was 210 minutes as it always is, and individuals couldn't even put their names on this list because once again they suspended the wait list. But it clearly says "walk ins Welcome" Ok, lets head over. We walked in, one hairstylist was cutting hair, 3 others were doing nothing. The lady comes up and asks "are you on the list"? And I said "no, we can't even put our name on the list" "but the app says walk ins are welcome" Then she looked at the list and says, "yeah there is a 210 minute wait, so walk ins are welcome after that" WAIT? WHAT? There was one person in there no people in any cars waiting and I said "really? Where are all the people that are on the list"? She said "they will be here" Ok, will they? I decided to find out. We sat in our car in front of this Great Clips for an hour and a half...waiting...there's video...and only one person walked in, but walked right back out. I stopped him and asked him why he was leaving and he said, "yeah there's a two hour wait list" WHATTTT? COME ON! If this is a franchised store it should be closed down immediately! Get rid of everyone that works there and start new because I can tell you that this Great Clips is USELESS! Get rid of the manager, if there actually is a manager, sell the store, do something, but FIX THIS GREAT CLIPS! We will never go there again obviously, so I technically no longer care. I would drive 8 hours before I would ever walk into that Great Clips again. But do it for every other person that have waited for 3 hours, those people that don't have a dedicated hair stylist to cut their hair, they just want a basic mediocre haircut, for those people who have waited and will continue to wait in their car for four hours to get a haircut. Do it for them! AVERAGE people deserve customer service better than this! Do it for them! PLEASE I'm BEGGING YOU! Do it for the average person who just wants a haircut that they don't have to wait 210 + minutes for, because those people deserve SO MUCH better than that!
