Decided to check it out based on my go to, local FB group recommendations. Food was delicious. Staff is hard working and pleasant. I was surprised that our CA eggs Benedict were $18ish. . $46 for 2 people not including tip. However, the food was hearty, plentiful & very tasty. Only a 15 min wait even though the parking, front lobby waiting are and outfront were full of people. We will definitely return! One recommendation - order everything u might need, to enjoy your meal, together w your food order. Staff is super slammed. I ordered our pies for our Thanksgiving dinner, which I traditionally do, and this year the quality of the pies were very disappointing. The apple pie's crust was too thin and not fully cooked on the bottom. The chocolate cream pie was lacking chocolate. I've never seen a chocolate cream so light in color. We also ordered a pumpkin pie and all three pies had no flavor. These pies were not cheap either, which is fine. I don't mind paying for quality pies, but this year I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not going to waist my money anymore. Not sure why the change. read more

Was going to go in there for breakfast like I always do when Kim's not there and as soon as I walked in navaeah was going to help me and she got yelled at by the manager Kim for a to go order, and then they followed navaeah to the cash register and it was Cortneys' fault, Kim didn't give her any attitude like she did to navaeah and then told her to not to do to go orders and navaeah to do them while hosting and helping the newer cashier, when I go in there and there's any other managers there, I can enjoy a nice meal but when I go in there and Kim's there, I can't even eat because she's so disrespectful to the workers it disgusts me it makes me sick to my stomach and she's like that every time I go in the establishment would be a much better place without her read more

Corky's is great food, and good family. The best part though, is the Manager Kim. She sets the tone for her whole crew. We've been coming here for over a year and have had the best service from all of her staff. The servers, the kitchen, the baker (special mention), just everyone. They are always happy to see you, share your life story, and give you a great dining experience. They will also work to fulfill any special requests that come in from time to time, be it a large group, or having some item cooked to your liking. I had never been to Corky's and decided to go with a friend. Now when you first enter the restaurant, it looked a little sketchy. The waiter came and took our order and was super nice, I wish I could remember her name. She provided some recommendations and I ended up ordering the Machaca and Eggs. Nice location for home style comfort food. Excellent selection of menu items for all times of the day. The staff here is consistently super friendly and attentive. Bakery products are top notch and can always be grabbed on the way out for snacks later. Wife and I are pretty much regulars there. Service- Excellent. Waitresses friendly and efficient. Little or no waiting, even when it's crowded. Decor- Plain, but homey and comfortable. But that's not why you come here. Food- Regular portions are large, so you get your money's worth. Breakfasts excellent- machaca highly recommended. Meatloaf, turkey dinner are favorites. Beefeater sandwich is delicious. I'd stay away from the steak- quality a bit lacking. Wed. night navy bean soup is as good as my mom's. The senior menu is best in area- portions worth more than the price. Overall, a pretty dependable place if you want good comfort food that's not real fancy. read more

They're food is ok but their pies are not. After years of ordering our thanksgiving pie from Marie Callenders we decided to order from here because it is closer to our new home. What a disappointment. On thanksgiving night I regretted so much not making the trip to Riverside for our regular Marie callender pies. The apple pie was not very sweet and the apples were sour, the pumpkin one was not very sweet either and it just came apart easily. The service was decent but everything was pretty pricey for no reason the coke I had was 5 bucks I didn't even get a refill , the blueberry pancakes looked good but were bland. Favorite local go to spot.Delicious food with big portions! Always leave with leftovers. The hardest part is choosing what to eat! We have driven by Corky's coming and going from Temecula for a while. On Sunday we had an errand in the area and decided to stop in. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Nikki like we were old friends. She sat us immediately and was our server. What an absolute delight she is. You can tell she loves her job and she really cares. There was a table close to us that complained about their bacon AFTER they got their check. Nikki handled them so sweetly and brought them bacon to-go! Our food was delicious, we both ate way more than we usually do and still brought it home. Food is fabulous with large portions. Today I ordered the bbq chicken salad that came with lettuce, cucumbers, yummy bbq chicken bites and an incredible array of fried and breaded onion rings. I ate most of it without dressing just to get the flavors. Corn nibbles and black beans were also on the sides. Only thing I would have asked for would be a toasted piece of bread to make it the perfect meal for maybe two people!! read more

We have been here many, many times. I have to give them 5 stars, no matter what! These people are champions for how the served everyone during covid when other restaurants were AFRAID to let you in. This one welcomed people! GREAT for them. We've ordered lots of different things and been happy as well as disappointed. Don't order their soups, they do not appear to be homemade, just canned. I'm not sure about canned, but they aren't good. Recently I ordered the Messina Burger! OMG!!! That think is HUGE - there was no way to get my mouth on the whole burger, had to shove what I could in, but it was AMAZING. I asked for rare and I got RARE - so many restaurants don't give you rare, just a bit of pink - this was a treat. We ordered scrambled eggs once and they were the best I had ever had: soft, lightly scrambled and delicious. The second time I ordered the same, it wasn't as great - just ordinary. I don't know why it was so special that first time. The people are friendly and service is usually pretty good. No complaints. Again - big congrats for getting through covid like champions!
