We have contacted Toole's on several occasions for Landscaping services. They never show up or…read morecommunicate in any way. The most recent call to them was for Hydroseeding, which they have a huge sign promoting this service. I called twice and spoke to the office. I never received a call back to schedule a time to come and see the scope of the work needed and give me an estimate. We even visited with them in person and still nothing. Terrible customer service. Derek is unresponsive and could care less about getting business. If this rating would go to negatives that would better suit Toole's customer experience. Go to MSC Landscaping, yes Manny is expensive, but it is the old adage, you get what you pay for! He truly cares and works hard to earn your business.
