The menu is broken into 3 categories: salads, grain bowls, and broth bowls. You can choose one of their creations or create your own, and all the fresh options are visible as you make your way down the prep line. I was impressed by all the nutritious veggies and fresh herbs you could choose from. The beverage station also had an impressive array of options, and I enjoyed the beet lemonade for something refreshing but not overly sweet. I was excited to visit CoreLlfe. After visiting my usual dentist office in the strip mall, I decided that the day to visit had arrived again. The menu options are quite fairly extensive considering that there are not a ton of food dishes. I found myself drowning a bit as I had no visual reference to refer to for the food dishes. I actually found it easier to order in the app rather than in person as I felt rushed the first time I visited. What I ended up with was not what I expected in terms of putting portion size especially when I compare it to my first visit. I literally thought that the employee left out some ingredients. When I arrived, I was not greeted and was unsure of where to pick up my order. When an employee did ask if I had been helped, I was told that I had arrived earlier the my pick up time after the employee could not find my order in the system. Considering that I only arrived approximately 10 minutes early I was perplexed. The employee could had explained why my order was MIA in friendly way instead of the accusatory manner that I experienced. For a fast casual restaurant, CoreLife Eatery is five-star level. We decided to go on the first day they were open, so we anticipated potential delays and normal opening day chaos. However, we arrived and found the line to be moving quickly, and all the employees friendly and knowledgeable. We had explored the menu beforehand, but an employee gave us some of his recommendations, which turned out to be great. The food was very good. As a vegetarian, I am thrilled to have this new option, especially so close to home. There are many options for a variety of diets, and most all the dishes can easily be modified. I saw someone comment below that it wasn't a lot of food- I don't agree, as my bowl was huge, but I think that may be missing the point of why many people would eat at CoreLife anyways. I've been here multiple times and have tried the following bowls: tuna poke fire bowl, spicy chicken bowl, and bbq ranch chicken bowl. I also tried a taste of the southwest grilled chicken bowl and the tomato & basil soup. Here's the lowdown--I LOVE the bbq ranch chicken bowl. That's the main reason I am giving CoreLife 4 stars. The tuna poke fire bowl was also pretty good, but it truly is "fiery!" The spicy chicken bowl was okay. Wouldn't get it again. Same goes for the southwest grilled chicken bowl. The tomato & basil soup had a weird flavor in my opinion. Surprising, because it's such a basic dish. I'm sure some people would like it just fine, though... You pick what item you want to order and watch them prepare it in front of you. I ordered the shittake mushroom and roasted tofu soup off of the vegetable broth bowl menu. They steamed the vegetables in a steamer to make them tender and added the vegetable broth after that, and voila my soup was ready. The soup was quite tasty (disclaimer - I was very hungry so that could have influenced the taste). The broth was too much in my opinion and wasn't warm enough, but then I like my food steaming hot. Some people might not find the soup filling as I didn't while I was at the restaurant, but by the time I got home, I was fine. read more

Moderate dinner sized portions topped with a spicy tasty marinade, purple rice, pickled cabbage, avacado, spouts and jalapenos. My order was exactly from the menu but you can add to your bowl. The bowl was $10.95 with tax. There are lots of choices including Bone soup. I will have to return to try it, small bowls are about $7. I saw this place when we were at BGI across the street a few weeks ago and was very interested to try the food. Today, we decided to have a lunch date here! The place was packed but the line moved very fast. The ordering process is extremely well-executed and efficient. I love seeing exactly what goes into my food. I opted for the shittake mushroom vegetable broth bowl while Scott got a beef broth bowl with ginger. The food is prepared hot and fresh right before your eyes and you have full control of what goes into your food. You can build your bowls from scratch too! Today was a special day because 100% of the proceeds go to the American Red Cross. They have a dozen drinks to select from. The green tea is WONDERFUL. I wanted to try them all but didn't have time! They also have apple cider green tea (awesome as well). I'm eager to go back to try the cold brew coffee. I plan on eating here as much as possible The prices are spot on for what you get. The staff from start to finish were extraordinary and really pleasant to talk with. Since the place just opened, there were some folks from HQ in NY there to oversee everything. I really used to like corelife when they first opened. I rated them 5 stars. The craze must of went away because the customer service at this location had gone down hill. The servers are rude and unprofessional. The quantity of food has gone down as well. I used to eat at this location two to three times a week and the employees keep getting worse. We have wanted to try this place for quite a while and finally did. We were so glad we did. Its hard finding someplace where we all can enjoy a safe, healthy dinner since we have to be careful of gluten filled items and cross contamination. We had the BBQ Chicken Ranch bowl and a Spicy Chicken Thai bowl and both were amazing! So fresh and tasty. We ordered for a pick up and everything was ready and waiting upon arrival. So wish we had one of these a bit closer since I drove from Noblesville to pick it up. The drinks were a bit expensive at $2.79 for one cup. A larger to go cup would be great. The Apple Cider Green Tea and the Beet Lemonade are excellent. My teenage son and his friends loved the Beet Lemonade. Wish I had a bigger cup! My 18 year old son is asking when we're going to eat here again as the food was excellent. He described the BBQ Chicken Ranch bowl as "absolutely amazing".
