I got the Korean pulled pork bowl. It was disgusting. Swimming in oil, which then makes to lettuce soggy and whole thing was a mess. I also got a lemonade from their dispensers, I tasted a couple of them before I finally picked one and all the juices tasted off. I went to corelife when they first opened and loved it. It was clean and I never had a problem with the food. It's disappointing.

Customize your salad or grain bowl in a cafeteria line, fast food setting in an airy new space. It's fresh food and lots of veggies with an upbeat manager and some line workers with apparently no food knowledge and some that at least know the food products and can tell you your options. A useful nice option to know for a healthy meal when in the Wolf Road desert for good food mid-day. A newfangled "fast casual healthy-ish" food establishment with thumping music that would make gym rats feel at home. I don't like that for a restaurant. I guess: eat and run, literally.

Came in to this location today after trying the other ones in the area and I am yet again left disappointed. I had my daughter run in and we got two bowls off the menu, and when she returned I noticed both of the large bowls were filled only to about 3/4 of the way. The gap between the food and the lid was huge. We were charged for the full amount so I am upset that we didn't receive a full amount in either bowl.

I went here recently because I was craving a tuna bowl and this place was conveniently on my way. They weren't busy inside at all but had some to go orders being made. The person that helped me was friendly and patient in explaining if a build your own bowl or menu set was better for me. I went with a small build your own bowl. She didn't ask me a size and started to give me a large but having tried the large before its a little too much food. The ingredients were fresh and it came with a drink or soup. It was a little pricey imo at $11 something so I'm not sure I would do this very often but it hit the spot.

I wish I could give it three and a half stars. The food is tasty enough for the most part but I don't consider it a good value. We paid $39 for 2 plates, 1 bowl and 1 fountain drink. I had a plate with Ahi tuna, a scoop of mashed potatoes and a scoop of roasted sweet potatoes. One of my companions had a plate with steak, sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The protein portion on both of our plates was small. The steak was kind of tough, almost jerky like, and strongly seasoned. The sweet potatoes were nice but again a small amount. The mashed potatoes were very good with a buttery taste. The sprouts were tasty but tiny and they tasted sugar coated. Our other companion ordered the spicy Thai Chicken bowl. It was a better value than the most plates in my opinion but it was still mostly cabbage with only a little chicken. The rice noodles, scallions and red peppers and sauce gave it a very pleasing flavor. My fig, vanilla, balsamic vinegar fountain drink was delicious. The blasting music makes for an annoying time if you actually want to talk to your dining companions. Overall it's ok but I've found a much better value and atmosphere at local bowl places.

The food is always good here in my opinion. I started going here once Core Life on Western Ave closed. I have 0 complaints!

We had enjoyed salads here before but today a great deal of the greens were beyond wilted. Some had turned brown. Pleasant staff.

The Hostess was SUPER friendly and she never stopped working - cleaning tables and checking with guests to be sure everything was satisfactory. The waiter, Gregg, was very attentive and friendly. He did a great job The food was terrific! I ordered Pasta Bolognese and it was absolutely the best I have ever had. Magnificent sauce. My wife ordered "street tacos" and they were great. stuffed with wonderful ingredients - including shrimp. This trip as a perfect experience and we shall return. (sorry the pasta photo is not great. It looked so good I ate quite a bit before I remembered to take a photo)

I've been to Innovo Kitchen in Latham several times over the years and I've enjoyed it every time. They have a unique menu that changes periodically, but I always find something that catches my eye. The interior has an industrial feel which I like, with a lot of exposed brick. The tables are made from old bowling lane wood, which is a really cool touch. When you walk in there is also a bowling pin displayed in a glass case. I remember there being a bowling alley somewhere in that plaza when I was a kid, so it seems likely the building has some history tied to that. The tables are also nice and large, which makes the dining experience more comfortable. Tonight I ordered the Monte Cristo burger which is described as battered Buckley's Bread sourdough, a 6 oz special grind burger, Taylor pork roll, Swiss, and Twin Leaf Farms maple aioli. It was quite tasty and I really enjoyed the hint of maple syrup flavor on the burger. The crinkle cut fries that came with it were also very good. Another person in our party ordered the White Chicken Parmesan, described as a crisp chicken cutlet topped with ricotta and garlic spinach and fresh mozzarella, with garlic parmesan cream and lumache pasta. They said it was delicious. Someone else had the Crispy Skin Salmon and enjoyed that as well. A child at our table ordered macaroni with red sauce. The portion was surprisingly large and they liked it, which is impressive because they are particularly finicky. For dessert we ordered something we've had here several times before, the peanut butter mud pie. It's basically ice cream in pie form with an Oreo cookie crust and chocolate fudge. It's very tasty and also a generous portion. At the end of your meal they also offer everyone at the table a tasty piece of gourmet chocolate. One thing that really stood out tonight was the attentiveness of the management. Two different managers stopped by our table at different times to check and make sure everything was good. I recognized one of them because I've seen him there before and he always seems to make a point of checking in with guests. The other person had seated us so I initially thought she was the hostess, but after she stopped by during the meal I asked if she was a manager and she confirmed that she was. I mentioned that I was impressed that two different managers had checked on us, and that every time I've dined there a manager has stopped by to make sure everything was good. I thanked her and told her it was appreciated. During the summer and fall they also have a very nice patio area for outdoor dining. On cooler nights they have heaters and a fireplace which makes it a great place to sit outside. I will definitely return here again in the future. 5 stars

Although slightly pricier than comparable restaurants (very few serving similar items lol) in the area, the freshness & quality of the dishes make sense. Have had: Pork & Crab Soup Dumplings ("Sha lang bao") & Spicy Wontons are great. Honey Walnut Shrimp, Chicken Chestnut in a Pot (staff encouraged this items around the holidays instead of Chicken & Cashews - really good!), Beef with String Beans, Rice Cake with Pork & Capsella (tasty! Think chewy gnocchi tossed with a chopped leafy green. Slightly cilantro-like?), Shanghai curried vermicelli rice noodles, Lo Mein... Everything is great! Sleeper Hit is the appetizer Beef Shank in Soy Sauce ($11) - think finely shaved fall-apart roast beef with soy dipping sauce (a bit of grisle but collagen is healthy!) & House Aster Veggie Salad (not sure what this veg/herb is but it's light & fresh with bits of firm tofu). Not a huge fan of the Pan Fried Pork Bun or House Rice Shao Mai (sticky rice in a dumpling) - more carbs and little else. Dong Po Pork is a good traditional appetizer dish, but not a huge fan of eating around the pork belly fat. Note: the dumplings & wontons are best for dine-in & eaten right away. Don't let the wrappers get cold & tear! Decor is simple, clean and the restaurant staff is quick & family friendly.

Stopped in as our regular spot (ala) was closed - overall the food was decent, but only one of the…read moremany dishes we ordered stood out. Also two of the staff confirmed a dish order that takes longer to make, and it never ended up coming out so we left without it. Strong start with the chilled sesame noodles. Great spring and texture on the noodle, delicious sauce. We finished this so quickly and were excited for the rest of the meal. Crispy wontons needed a huge dunk in sauce to get any flavor. Crispy pork pastry looks nothing like the picture - it was a dry pastry and the filling lacked flavor. Spicy minced pork noodle also did not look like the picture, was not spicy, flavor profile was that of lo mein but it was worse. Pea shoots were ok. Walnut shrimp was overly mayo heavy, with most of the sweetness coming from candied pecans. Dry spiced fried chicken was not crispy, but flavor was decent although it was light on sichuan peppercorn. Shanghainese dough was served warm and also lacked flavor, unlike any version of this dish I've had in the past. The dish they forgot were XLB. Unfortunately not a great experience at this price point, so would skip in the future.
