Now I'm sitting here waiting for a check. This was definitely not worth the headache. If you can save yourself and go anywhere else.

Watch out for them reporting you, even accidentally, to the credit bureaus. One reporting from them can drive your credit score down some 60 points! Now try a few weeks of that. Now before you say "this is a very personal complaint and probably pertains to this one person only, and they didn't pay their bills so that's what you get!" It is not just me. Many people have run into this problem. And when you set up a payment plan, one would think that that would stop them reporting your account as delinquent. Nope! Their response: "Well it is still not paid up". No kidding!? So, most payment plans are set up for those who have paid up accounts? Do you see dear reader just what you will be dealing with? I filed a fraudulent claim with the bank and they declined my claim and refused to reimburse my money. I know that I did not make the purchase, the information the merchant provided was all fake. The bank approved the charge even though my card information was typed in online and they didn't have the CVV code to verify my card. The bank did not alert me to any fraud activity despite the same merchant attempting to charge my account twice in a row once for $1600 and the second time for $496. They refuse to give me my money bank or allow me to speak with the fraud department.
