I came here without any clear ideas on what I wanted, in knew it had to be something special with not white flowers, the problem is that in many places they want to use white roses and this was the only flower I didn't want, so the girl made sure to follow my instructions and promised it would be what I had in mind. It arrived a couple hrs later, it was amazing, she did add a few roses here and there, lots of lilies and casablancas and they even made a little flower bouquet for me to keep as a memory. I'd avoid purchasing the Cuban cigars because they are almost twice as expensive and might not be genuine Cuban. Not a deal breaker for me. The cigar prices were fair. The customer service was "business only". Not much by way of curtesy, but it's a busy place. I got my cigars, and thanked the clerk who did not respond.

If you're looking for organic tobacco this is the place to go, the only problem is that it's not always available, they don't receive many bags and they tend to sell within the first few days after they receive it.
