I don't know how Boynton Beach locals aren't swarming this place on the daily. Copperpoint Brewing Co. happens to be an incredible delight and surprise for me during my last trip to WPB. Both my bestie and my bf know how much I love beer and breweries, and Copperpoint did not disappoint at all. The brewery is as cute outside as it is inside. Gives you a cabin in the mountains kind of feel, complete with all wood high top tables, benches and booths. I wish I would have snapped a few pics inside, but that just means you're gonna have to visit to see it for yourself. The four of us each ordered a flight of beer which comes with your choice of any four of their tapped house brews and then you get a pint of your favorite one. My favorite was the blood orange. I highly recommend it. We played a game of Clue and later realized they had a bunch of other board games to choose from. There are chalk boards all the way around, announcing the different events they host, like a food truck night and a game night. Flat screen TVs also adorn the walls of Copperpoint Brewing Co., playing your favorite sports and news channels. Our group had a blast during our visit. 5 Stars for a beer that made my night and a location that has plenty of seating indoors (for those wet, hot, American summer months). Guys. We need to talk about the Coco for Coxness Imperial Stout that Copperpoint is producing. For a gal who says she doesn't like beer, I'm really wishing I could get my hands on this beer in Orlando. Described as an "imperial stout aged with copious amounts toasted coconut, coco nibs, and Madascar bourbon vanilla," this bad boy is dessert in a glass. But that's not to say it's overly sweet. I'm a fan of a deep, rich stout and this one is a new favorite. At 9.5 ABV it'll do the job, too! And apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so because it's a Great American Beer Festival (GABF) Gold medal winner for 2018. Beyond that one beer though, the space is really convenient. It's situated in Boynton Beach in a warehouse district that houses another two breweries nearby (perfect fro brewery hopping!). They have outdoor seating, but also have a considerable amount of indoor seating. The interior is dark with lots of wood, feeling more like a pub than your typical newer breweries and I can dig that. Though you won't get the best pictures of your beer, you'll enjoy the music and the few TVs that happened to be playing a women's World Cup game (Go USA!). Overall, I enjoyed this brewery and yeah, I have to admit that I fell in love with their imperial stout! read more

Out of all the breweries I've been to, this is one of my favorites. A lot of thought went into making this bar not only a place to come for absolutely phenomenal beer, but a place you can come hang out at with friends and stay for hours because of the entertainment and friendly atmosphere. There is a chalk board wall you can write on to get some creativity flowing, a pretty decent selection of board games, and an entire upstairs area stocked with a juke box, ping pong table, arcade games, Jenga, and more. There is so much to do you can stay for hours and not ever get bored! I also like that you can walk back into where the brewing magic happens. It's a cool feature for sure! They also have food trucks so you can grab a bite here. Ive has some amazing food! They have both indoor and outdoor seating so there is plenty of room. Also, I have never met a bad server here. They're very knowledgeable about the beers and do an excellent job recommending the perfect brew you're craving. They have no problem giving you a taster- which is a HUGE plus for me because I can't count how many times I have wasted money places on a brew I hated. I booked a room nearby for my graduation and popped into the area to check out their beer scene. This brewery was at a great location, surrounded by a couple of other breweries. The beertender was friendly and knowledgeable of their brews. I ordered a light beer. If memory serves me right, it was the Blood Orange Wit. Been coming here regularly lately (at least once a week) so it's time to update my review. My initial complaint was that I didn't feel that they were producing anything exceptional with the brews but thats changed. These guys are hitting home runs now and winning awards. This is a legit great brewery with a wonderfully comfortable tap room, clean bathrooms and excellent servers who do their job, easily shoot the breeze and seem to thoroughly enjoy working here. Ah the beer. The WTF DIPA at 8% served in a snifter is an exceptional brew and my new favorite for the area. Last night I had 2 and was feeling pretty good about life. My buddy loved the Blood Orange Wit and also did a CC Me IPA 7% at $6 a pint. I liked that as well. Good stuff. The place was packed and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Wish they had live music upstairs but apparently zoning for that is an issue. If your brewery hunting this little industrial area off 95 at Gateway has to be on your to do list. Due South, Nobo and Copperpoint all within a minutes drive make for an impressive trio of craft beer excellence. read more

SITREP My lovely friend & fellow Yelper Cherine S. brought me here to try their flights since it was "Beer Week" and all flights were 50% off with a Yelp check-in: *SCORE!* THE SETUP I absolutely love the vibe & decor of Copperpoint, right down to the recycled-Keg-urinals ("Yes", I said THAT, but only read that sentence once and move on.) ;) FLIGHTS It worked out to only $3 per flight with the Yelp discount, and there was some exciting options to try. My favorite HANDS-DOWN though was their "Blood Orange" - such a smooth tasty brew. It actually inspired Cherine S., Edwin P. and myself to each buy our own Growler - and get this, our FIRST growlers ever! - of this delicious *nectar of the gods*. What sucks is that I live in Sacramento, CA. Well, THAT sucks sometimes in & of itself, but what I'm leading to is that I'm on the other side of the country and so coming back here to refill my growler with lovely "Blood Orange" is not really going to happen. So I will enjoy my brew an ounce or two at a time (then cry when it's gone), but have this beautiful keepsake growler to remember this lovely experience by, and perhaps use it to fill up on a local brew if I find one I like at least half as much as I love "Blood Orange". Man, I'm so stoked I finally made it to Copperpoint. Admittedly it's a bit of drive from my house, but this place is worth the trek. Aside from great craft brews, this taproom/brewery is also super nice and homey and they have some of the best staff I've encountered at a brewery. Seriously, the entire bar staff was smiling, enthusiastic and helpful. As for the beers: B. Rabbit - this is the only one I had tried (at a festival) and had to get it again. Strong coffee flavor - it's nitro so it's nice and creamy. Grapefruit saison - A great saison, with a pretty good amount of grapefruit. I don't really like grapefruit, but I chugged this one down. Blood Orange Wit - DELICIOUS. Juicy, with a very heavy dose of blood orange. Really loved this one. Pumpkin Ale - The holidays in a glass! Great spices and flavors in this one. Perfect for me in a flight...but on a cold night I could do a whole glass of this! The taproom is pretty awesome. Warm feeling with wood everywhere. The male bathrooms are pretty dope too - they turned kegs into urinals! The faucet is also cool, the handle is a block of wood. Really nice...and super clean. Parking was a breeze (parked on the grass along the street). They also have food trucks outside - Cubano B was out this night - and I got some chicharrones to enjoy with a beer. We arrived at the brewery a couple of minutes before it opened so we sat outside in their patio area. One of the employees was kind enough to let us in exactly at 5pm before even opening the front doors. Being the first group to arrive gave us a chance to check the place out and explore. The chalkboard wall took me back to my childhood and this might be weird to say but their bathrooms are awesome! After we all ordered flights we went upstairs to the game room. This was the highlight of our visit. Upstairs they have games like scrabble, ping pong, giant Jenga and there is also a bathroom upstairs aside from the ones they have downstairs. The best part was definitely the modern jukebox where you pay a few bucks for credits to listen to whatever you want. We each took a turn picking songs so our playlist was amazing and eclectic. This place is definitely one of the best breweries in South Florida. First, the decor. Okay, I am not against industrial-looking, spartan tap rooms, but it is nice to enjoy your beer in a better furnished room. It's spacious, the brick wall with the brewery's name, the chalk board, the wooden panel, the cute restroom, does add to the enjoyment of our time there. Second, the beer. The most important thing to judge a brewery on. This place does not disappoint. All beers I tried are solidly good, especially the blood orange wit. Get it if you see it. This totally replaces More Moro as my favorite orange beer, as MM is not as delicious now Funky Buddha started canning it. Their flight is very reasonably priced, and while they have a printed list at the table, the written list up on the wall has a few more brews. And last - the reason for the five stars - service is great!! My phone rang with a call when I was ordering my beer, I planned to finish the call then carried my flight to my table, but the guy was so nice as to deliver my flight for me without me asking. 1/3/2016 - Second Brewery of the year! It will surprise you once you walk inside. Dark feel, all wood, felt like I was in a cabin. It has a laid back feel. We walked up to the bar, their stools have the C from Copperpoint sealed in the corner. Love the details. We ordered a flight, 4 beers. I had the Half & Calf, Blood Orange Wit, B. Rabbit, Espresso Cream Stout and Witness, Belgium Wit (CAN I GET A WITNESS!!!) I paired these up with the Brown Bag Popcorn, Sea Salt Caramel and Dark Chocolate Flavor. The bathrooms are very clean and they have a super cool piping system (see photo). We heard they had a game room upstairs so we decided to check it out. Just an amazing place; suffers from not having a kitchen with a few sandwiches, pretzels or cheese plates, but people seem pretty used to the food truck thing and flavored pop-corn. But it hardly mattered, with a bit of planning...lets them concentrate on brewing, I guess, and easier clean-up, code compliance, etc. Lamentable but understandable. That said, what they've got, they've got good. Taps are perfectly clean lines, brews have literally 0 defects, and some of the concoctions were genius. Truly. The Saisons were perfect, especially the Grapefruit. The B. Rabbit stout had a weird clove note I didn't dig at first (I don't like Christmas beers or their ilk) but it really grew on me. The Blood Orange, however, was just ludicrously good from first sniff to last (sad) sip. Look, I've had over 1,700 (no lie) different beers on 5 continents. I've never considered myself much of a beer drinker (my adult beverage of choice has always been champagne), but I've found that Yelp has helped open up my horizons quite a bit! And I never would've even known Copperpoint existed had it not been for Yelp's Local Beer Week promotion, where several breweries (including this one) offered 50% off of flights with a Yelp check-in. I organized a UYE (Unofficial Yelp Event) to tour a couple of spots in Palm Beach county, and Copperpoint was first on my list. This was definitely my favorite place of the evening! Great vibe, friendly staff, fun (but not rowdy) atmosphere. One of the bartenders greeted me as soon as I stepped up to the bar, so I ordered my flight. I chose: Blood Orange Wit, Trula Saison, Grapefruit Saison, and Witness. Everyone at my table poked fun at me, since my flight choices all looked identical. Usually at breweries, I find maybe one or two beers of their various offerings that I actually like... but I really did enjoy all of these! Of the four, their Blood Orange Wit was the clear winner, not just with me, but with almost everyone else at my table. I liked it so much, I bought my very first growler! Their Grapefruit Saison came in second - what can I say, I really enjoy citrus, apparently. While at the table, I was telling one of my friends about Big Bear Brewing Company in Coral Springs, where I'd always order one of their fruit-flavored beers since they were never overwhelmingly sweet. Then Blue tells me the gentleman who founded Copperpoint used to be the brewer at Big Bear! A lightbulb turned on in my head... no wonder I liked this place so much! I really enjoyed Big Bear's brews, and here I am enjoying Copperpoint's! The feel inside here is somewhat similar to Big Bear as well... somewhat dim, relaxed atmosphere... definitely my kind of place. Our second stop on a recent Sunday Funday excursion, this was my first time at Copperpoint Brewing Co. I had heard a lot of good things about them so I was excited to finally get to visit. Walking in I realized this is my favorite taproom so far. Lots of warm wood everywhere, white lights on the ceiling, very nicely decorated. Even the bathroom were super nice with a copper trough sink. As I was hooking up my phone to my portable charger the bartender informed me they have electrical outlets and usb plugins under the bar. Along with purse hooks (which they also have) this is the most genius idea ever. We decided to get a flight to try a variety of their beers. After tasting a few I decided on B. Rabbit Espresso Cream Stout, Copperpoint G (grapefruit) Saison, Half N Calf (lager and stout) and Pumpkin Queen Pumpkin Ale. I loved them all. Every single one. The Pumpkin Queen had lots of spice and pumpkin flavor and I was impressed with the Half N Calf. I would never think to mix a lager and a stout. The also had the amazing Sea Salt Caramel Gingerbread Cookie and Cream popcorn. If you have the chance to try this flavor, make sure you do. Before leaving we headed upstairs to check out the game room. They have a huge room overlooking the brewery with cornhole, ping pong, video games and a giant red leather sofa. On our trip home from Orlando, we found ourselves on I-95 so I yelped breweries near Boynton Beach and Copperpoint Brewing came up. Upon entering, you feel the coziness that you don't always find with local breweries. It's rustic and almost tavern-like with wooden booths and tables. The service was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We chose the Coffee Ale and Blonde Ale. I appreciated the Coffee Ale because it appealed to the side of me that likes the coffeeness of porters without the heaviness that comes along with them. It was refreshing and delicious. When I am up in Boynton I usually pay a visit to Copperpoint Brewing. It is one of 3 breweries in an industrial park, the others being Due South & Nobo. The venue is a very nice one, air conditioned lower area with a game room up top. The tap room is very nice and you can see the brewing area through glass behind the bar. The beer is pretty good. They are usually tapping a little something for everyone. I have never been here where there was not something to fit my pallet. They usually have a food truck, which is a plus at any brewery. So its not my favorite place, because 2 out of 3 times I don't get great service. Maybe its because I usually buy flights here and they are a pain for most servers. The other thing is they have a unique looking men's rest room with some cool looking urinals, but they always stink. Other than that, this is a really cool place to grab a beer and have some fun. read more

Great local brewery in Boynton Beach. Been in here several times and have always had a good experience. The inside has ample seating featuring a good size bar, community style tables and booths that easily seat 4-6 people. The brewery offers a good selection of beers and my personal favorite is the copperpoint lager. They have a rotating food truck schedule which you can find on their website and the service at the brewery has always been great. There are several TV's throughout the bar area that often have football, basketball or whatever sport has a good game on. I would certainly recommend this bar and look forward to my next visit. read more

While I have given a 3-star rating because of the general atmosphere and the beer I will NEVER go back to Copperpoint or support it. Beer tasted fine but the bartenders behavior left a bad taste in my mouth. While brewery hopping on Friday night (04/21/2017) my friends and I stopped in at Copperpoint. We ordered, discussed the music, laughed at the clips on the t.v. and all seemed well until one of the bartenders who had been wearing a plain, black, unisex Copperpoint t-shirt suddenly came back wearing the girl cut, tighter v-neck shirt. Her entire demeanor which had been friendly and fun before was now timid and embarrassed. One of the male bartenders took the bottom of the shirt and pulled it until her chest was extremely exposed. She looked incredibly uncomfortable and tried covering up a bit. The comments from the male bartenders included, "You finally look good." and "Now we can make some money." Yeah, no second round. I don't know why I've never written a review from here ! I always make it a point to head here when I'm in Florida. As I've been visiting there I've been happy to see it grow. They have a huge tap list so there is an option for everyone to try. There is a ton of room inside and out for everyone to sit. There is always a food truck so you can grab a bite. It's a lively fun hangout at night or the weekends. A great spot to visit for sure. It's a must stop if your in Florida. Lots of babies around so it's kid friendly. First timer here at Copperpoint. Spending a weekend in Delray, and wanted to hit a brewery with the Mrs. Checked out Copperpoint, passing Due South along the way. Our plan was to 'hop' a little (see what I did there) but never made it past Copperpoint. First, loved the atmosphere. Just the feel of it. Starting with an industrial building, they did a great job on the interior. The beers were awesome...except one. One Love. Wife described the aroma as 'feet'. I have to admit it did have a funky smell....but 2 Love was awesome. Rest of beers were great. Silver Spork food truck was there. They got pretty backed up, not taking orders for 20 minutes or so, but once we got a burger and some Parmesan truffle fries, food was pretty great. For some reason I got a kick out of the bathroom faucet handle...it's a beer tap. Genius! read more

Copperpoint Brewing Co was the third and final stop on our Saturday brewery hop. We ended up ordering two Flights during our visit as well as some Buffalo Ranch Popcorn to snack on. Quality While I've had Copperpoint Brewing Co's Copperpoint Lager several times before, I don't believe I have ever tried any of their other beers. That is a mistake because the menu was full of great choices. We ended up trying eight beers in our two Flights including Blood Orange Wit, G Saison, WTF (Where's The Filter), Chester Coffee Bock, Das Pils, Trula Saison, B Rabbit Nitro Stout, and Coxness Monster. My highlight was B Rabbit Nitro Stout. On a cool and rainy evening, the richness, flavor, and incredible mouthfeel of this espresso nitro stout was everything I wanted. I was also very impressed by the Blood Orange Wit and the WTF, a Hazy Double IPA. And when the high quality beers fall so far across the spectrum, it gives confidence that they just know how to make beer well. The only beer I did not enjoy was the G Saison, grapefruit should just be left out of any alcohol equation. While at the brewery we also snacked on some Buffalo Ranch Popcorn. There was a food truck outside, but a little snack of popcorn seemed like it would hit the spot. I highly recommend the flavor when sipping on some brews. Quantity The Flight glasses were on the larger side, I believe 5oz. Always the preferred choice when sharing. Value I believe each Flight cost $8, but I'm not sure if it was a set price or based on each beer selected. Either way it seemed like a fair deal. Ambiance Copperpoint Brewing Co is part of the Boynton Beach brewery trail. The northern-most spot, it has a very unique style. Like the other nearby breweries it is housed inside a large warehouse. However, unlike the others they spent effort on setting up an outdoor deck. Though the weather kept it empty on this evening, with picnic benches and lights strung up, it seemed like it normally would be a popular spot. Walking into the tap room, you may not even realize it was a brewery or even a warehouse space. They did a great job with the decor giving it the feel of a country saloon mixed with a dive bar. Lots of cool accents and an industrial style, it is a lively and fun space. At the back wall they have the bar as well as the window into the brewery space. Televisions occupy the different corners, which works for big games, but probably not great for busy sports days. In the background southern and classic rock played and several guests sung along. Crowd The brewery was packed on Saturday night. Despite being a brewery, it feels more like a country bar. I think this makes it more attractive for folks looking to enjoy a night out rather than just a casual evening at a brewery. We got lucky though and were able to grab a table. And with large groups everywhere it was definitely a fight for seats. Service Everyone was incredible. The bartender was happy to carry our Flight over to our table. As soon as we sat down someone came over and did a quick wipe realizing that we took over immediately following another group getting up. And they do table service even when it is busy, making it so guests do not need to go to the bar for each round. Parking Cars were parked all along the side of the road near the brewery. I saw a spot near the entrance and quickly pulled in. I'm not sure if they have an actual parking lot, but street parking did not seem like an issue. Extra Copperpoint Brewing Co was the most impressive of our three stops on the day. The beer was delicious, the space impressive, and the service impeccable. Picture "Cheers!" in your backyard. Going in here (with a irregular "regular") was like Norm grabbing his stool. Greg and Brie greeted my partner in crime and after the introductions, made me feel at home. The place was busy for this cold, rainy Saturday night and as I'm not a barfly, I had a great time. They made me feel at home and never questioned that I wasn't drinking beer. They had a food truck parked outside so food was available (no kitchen). I also saw a birthday party in full swing with their own cake and goodies. Everyone appeared to be having a good time. I love the ambience at Copperpoint. It's warm, cabin-like, and makes me feel like I'm out in North Carolina or Tennessee. The bar staff are all super friendly too - I kept wondering if I really wasn't in South Florida anymore. I went to Copperpoint with two others, and between the three of us and our flights - I think I tried every beer on the menu. The actual beer is what brings this place down to 4 stars. Some of the styles I wouldn't typically like - a red IPA - were more palatable for me here; however, the ones I always like - a saison - was extra bitter. There was an awesome food truck the night I stopped by "Silver Spork" that was super friendly and served great food! I would definitely stop back to give this place another chance, but it's not the top of my list for beer in the area. read more

***Update*** My girlfriend went back to copperpoint after this incident. Same thing happened again same person. The bar tender reached out through yelp apologizing for the first incident and advised that it wasn't intentional. It's nice that she reached out but idk if it is because the business asked her to. Either way I will not be returning. I LOVED copperpoint. But I won't be coming back. **** Wow. Loved this place. I guess with the new staff they ignore people. 4/12/2019 at about 6pm my girlfriend and I came in. Sat at the west side of the bar. Sat there for almost 20 minutes. There was a female bar tender wearing a gray tank top black hair and bangs about 5'5 with a plaid shirt tied around her waist and hoop earrings that didn't even acknowledge us. She took 4 people ahead of us and around us. Closed their tabs, got them drinks, and ignored us. Walked away after getting their requests. We had no drinks in front of us. Wasn't until a almost 20 minutes another taller female bartender wearing a red tank top and glasses came and actually acknowledged us and took our orders. I don't know what's the deal is with that bar tender. Straight up ignored us. Didn't even say one word to her. We weren't on our phones when she was close so we could order. Never even passed a glance to us to allow us to get her attention. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. Because I'm so upset about this. I don't know if I ever want to come back. read more

One of our favorite places! We absolutely love the copper-industrial feel. They had a wonderful guest food truck and the pulled pork cheese fries were incredible. The beer selection was great: a good mix of ales, lagers etc. my favorite was the espresso stout/porter. We will definitely stop by again. The bartender was knowledgeable and kind. read more
