We love our realtor and trusted his recommendation of having Joe Cool Do the HVAC inspection. What impressed me was he got to the house, went straight to work, extremely thorough and knowledgeable, had a great personality! At the end of his inspection, he had pictures of each area he inspected and explained the good or the bad. He then said he would be sending a detailed report to the realtor and my daughter and finance explaining everything. The report was detailed with pictures and explanations! It was incredible! The appointment was for December 9, 2016 at 10:00 am. The knock on my door came at 9:50. They had the old 50 gallon heater out in 10 minutes, replaced the cold water inlet shut-off valve (sweat fittings on copper pipe), placed the new 50 gallon model, connected everything, tested for leaks, adjusted the temperature setting, cleaned up and drove off. My clock said 10:35. So they took 45 minutes start to finish for a professional install, wished me a Merry Christmas, and drove off with my old water heater in their truck.
