My health insurance provider CCA contracted CTS to transport me to the hospital for a colonoscopy. It took me 8 months to get the appointment. I scheduled the ride over 1 month prior to my appointment. I never received a call from anyone, so I called CTS 4 days before my appointment my appointment to confirm. I was told that I was to be picked up Monday August 28th at 7am. They never showed up !!! I called the office at 7:30 am and got the answering service and was told I would get a return call within an hour. That did no good, my appointment was at 7:45 am. When I finally got a hold of a live person at CTS the I was told "that they were unable to provide service for me" Her exact words. Thanks to CTS I can look forward to another 2 day fast along with ingesting 24 drano pills. The bidet and I have become very intimate. This company has become very inconsistent with their policies. They say their transportation reimbursments are handled within 14 business days, however they are not. When you call and inquire about something I have often been left on hold for longer than 5 minutes, and one time I was left on hold for 45 minutes. I actually emailed 4-5 Directors, Managers and other leadership roles that are apart of CTS staff in regards to this particular phone call and was totally and completely disregarded. Its actually a hassle to deal with this company on a monthly basis. If I didn't absolutely need to deal with them I would rather not. But unfortunately it is necessary and I do need to deal with CTS. I honestly would NOT recommend this company to anyone and hope that there is another company that will come along to replace them. read more
