Cooplands actually does the best flapjack ever in the world. called chocolate covered and if you ever manage to get your hands on a piece of this delicious flapjack (before the college students buy it all up) you will be in heaven. But anyway thats just my personal cooplands favourite. Firstly Cooplands is half way along the main highstreet, about opposite Boots I think. It's also just along from it's rival Greggs. Personally I think Cooplands is better than Greggs as it offers better choice and better value for money. There is a vareity of breads and they make sandwiches up for you on the spot. There is also a selection of pasties and bakes, sausage rolls etc and then theres a huge cakey/biscuit selection including birthday sized cakes - quite cheap as well. The staff are lovely here, they've never batted an eyelid when I've guiltily handed over a £10 and they tend to know all the locals by name.
