We had purchased from them several years ago but are not regular customers, based on the treatment I received from Dr. Adolf I certainly will never be going back. He explained that because I am not a regular customer. He would not sell me the product. Unfortunately rather than doing it in a polite way, he seemed very irritated that I was bothering him and quite rude. If he had explained the situation in a polite way, I would have understood but he handled it very unprofessionally. Would not recommend.

I'm heartbroken by this loss as it was sudden and anticipated many more years together. If I ever have another animal, I will choose Northern Plains without hesitation. Thank you for being there when I desperately needed medical help/advice.
