Several levels below the street, there's a full selection of cheeses, veggies, meats, breads, wine, and beer (including a sizable by-the-bottle selection). The "kiosk" at the bottom of the main escalator has Züri-Säcke, the local pay-per-bag-of-rubbish payment scheme. (All your trash needs to be in these white bags, which cost upwards of a CHF apiece for the 17L size). Same desk also has hard liquor (good) and cigarettes (would everyone please stop smoking?). It might not be the best place during a flood, but it's got my every-two-days shopping business.
