Frank was good at replying text, phone and email. This is more laid back construction biz atmosphere, pick up from trucking trailers in a truck yard. You pay Frank on his phone with c-card and go on your way. Loading and transport are DIY. Our UHaul trailer was more than big enough for 2 fiberglass patio door units, and 2 fiberglass entry door units. Gas plus $30 UHaul (+$8 added insurance), and 4h driving. All worth it for the huge savings! Got Therma-Tru and MMI doors, both brands offered by our building supplier at more than twice the cost! We were able to pick out what we wanted from the website, sent item numbers to Frank, and set an appointment to pick up. Took a look at some other items like tubs, foam insulation, and flooring while there. Extremely good deals! Most items are returns or closeouts in great condition. Some items on the website had minor damage, but it is all noted, and reflected in steep discounts. Our doors look awesome and are exactly what we needed! Could not have found a better deal and I thoroughly scoured 5 states (PA, NJ, DE, NY, MD) for the best brands, in my top material choice (fiberglass), at the BEST deal! Thank you, Frank!

He is in the wrong business. I would not recommend buying a nut or bolt from here let alone something larger such as a hot water heater, grill, or even paint. He is an embarrassment to the community as a business owner.

I own a metal fabrication company in the southeast. I called inquiring about material the website…read moresaid they carried. I introduced myself, and stated the location of my business. Immediately after I was interrupted and was told that Bloomburg Metal will not deliver their material more than 100 miles from their plant. I tried to ask if I could send a truck, hire a hotshot etc. They immediately transferred me to someone else who rudely told me that they no longer stocked what I am looking for. The thing that I found interesting is that I was never given time to convey exactly what material I was interested in. I'm not sure why they incur the marketing expense of a website when they shun any new customers derived from its existence.
