Overall, we had a great time roaming the streets of Lisbon. If you aren't experienced w/ scooters I wouldn't recommend renting one bc the streets are very uneven w/ pot holes and the tram tracks.

We rented a Fiat from Goodrent Aug 5-Aug 11, 2017. We paid the rental in full in Aug. We returned…read morethe vehicle, with petrol... no issues at all. And I have receipts for all this. Fast forward... Three months later... October 2017 there is an additional SURPRISE charge on my visa... from Goodrent. No idea what it's for. I did not authorize this charge nor was I made aware by Goodrent of any additional or pending charges. I have contacted Goodrent twice... not so much as an acknowledgment to date! I am disputing this charge with Visa. They've advised it's odd to see a charge 3 months later and especially not being informed is bad business. PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN RENTING WITH THESE PEOPLE. All was well with the car, but this smells of shady business!! To the owners/managers, please, please, at a minimum, acknowledge an email, say you're looking into it and do it. And DEFINITELY never, ever post charges to your customer's account they know nothing about!
