We this place popped up and looked like they did a good breakfast menu, and by golly do they ever. Nestled in a medical centre complex, only visible from a side street is this delightful cafe, it has undercover seating with an outdoor feel. The "Canada Pancakes" was not just pancakes bacon and maple syrup, it was pancakes, each layer generously covered in not too sweet real maple syrup, a whole rasher of bacon, then banana sliced on the bacon. Yes, thats right banana, I was shocked and then my taste buds were blown away by how amazing bacon and banana are together. On the side, you get whipped cream and flowers that I am assuming are edible! Stunned, amazed and oh so deliciously full. The "Eggs Benedict" comes with options, and who doesn't love options. My partner decided he would go with the mushrooms and delighted with the field of perfectly sauteed mushrooms, the poached to perfection eggs, the suprise avocado, and the delightful toast.
