DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! We just went yesterday. It was to be a "surprise" adventure for the family. I took a photo of the page with the phone number and address. We drove for 1.5 hours around this town. No signage. The website we got the information from gave us Sievers Road--nothing!!! We tried to contact them via phone--but they do not answer and their machine does not give any directions. Apparently their 8700 Sievers Road address is not for their pumpkin area. When we finally arrived, we needed the bathrooms. The outhouses were almost all full. Disgusting. Then the water to wash hands was off. In order for my son to play in the kids area, you have to buy adult tickets as well. Even if we are just watching. After going through the corn field, my son had to use the bathroom. It was over a 7minute walk from the child's play area--and again--the outhouses were full. I do not mean a long line-I mean they needed to be emptied. Again--no water to wash hands. We only purchased one pumpkin because the staff was rude. When I asked them about the Sievers address, the old man yelled I did not get it off of their website, so it is not their problem. When we were paying for pumpkin, I asked if they could put the right location on their answering machine since they do not answer the phones. Because I am sure I am not the only one who finds it from Red Tricycle, the web, Plum district, etc. Again, the man yelled "what does she want"? When he was told of my recommendation, he just gave me a very dirty look. So I said, "fine. I will just write a bad review about how rude you are all. :then he yelled at me about what a bad attitude I have. We will NEVER go to this place again. Infact, today, we went to another pumpkin farm in Clayton and had a wonderful experience. There are so many other pumpkin farms to go to than to be at this one. In fact while we were there, many residents were telling us of other ones to go to that are much better. If you do decide to go, bring alot of water and carry it with you. Also, be prepared to walk through their crops to find a pumpkin that is not broken, moldy, etc. read more

This place doesn't deserve any stars unless they can be rated in the negative. My daughter and a few friends visited this week and did not have a positive experience. In addition to getting lost in the maze the facility closed without checking for patrons an locked them inside. When they decided it as getting close to the time the facility closed, my daughter and her friends began to call the facility from within the maze to gain assistance; no one ever answered. After sharing the experience with a few of their co-workers it was discovered this is not the first time someone has been looked inside after hours. What type of people are these to not make sure everyone is out. That should be part of the closing procedures. The Dixon police came 45 minutes after being called and initially said they couldn't cut the bolt lock as they didn't have a bolt cutter. Ironically the officer pulled a bolt cutter out of the trunk and only cult the bolt lock after gaining one of the youths contact information advising this was a civil issue between the owner and them and they could be held responsible for the lock. Well, the owner should be held responsible for unlawful detaining and kidnapping at the least. My daughter didn't arrive home till 2am. This ordeal began at 8pm. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. When the youth returned to the location the following day the employees refused to provide any information for the owner nor did the they offer a refund; that should have been the least they could have done. Do not patronize this facility unless you are ok with being lost in the dark in the middle of a corn field with no one to assist you and don't mind being locked inside the facility. The gist: A little too long, not a lot of attendants or service, but pricing is alright. As a 20-something, this seemed like a fun sunday activity. And $12 a person for the maze is fairly reasonable, considering it's a 2-hour experience you can't get anywhere else. That said, it was a hot day, and I think I would've preferred the corn maze to be about half the length it was. By the end we were just using the map and following other people out, and some people in our party were just pretty done with the whole thing. I expected to see more employees in the maze, calming people down, or water stations, or bathroom stations or something in a maze of that length. But it seems like a pretty barebones operation, nothing like Bishop's Pumpkin Patch, which is definitely more expensive ($10 bucks to park), but has much more ambiance. What the place lacks in employees it makes up for in a big sign that says "WE HAVE NO LIABILITY" or something along those lines. Sheesh! When we first got our tickets, it was kind of confusing as to whether there were two lines or one line that broke out into two lines. A man cut in front of us, and when we told him we were ahead of him, he told us that the woman had told him there were two lines. Sure enough, there was a woman telling people there were two lines. If she wanted there to be two lines, they should've erected dividers to keep it separate. The people had created a system that worked fine until she showed up to let people cut in front of us. I think if you just go in and know it's a corn maze and aren't too particular and don't have high standards, you'll have a grand old time, which I pretty much did. But there re certainly areas that could be improved around here. read more

During the Halloween Season what better place could there be than a pumpkin patch and the World's Biggest (and I mean big) Corn Maze? Its even in the Guinness Book of World Records It will take you more than a hour to go through even if you cheat and go through the paths cheaters have made. You'll still get lost the corn is so tall you can't see where your going. luckily there are towers and bridges once in a while that you can go up and look around to get your bearings. Be sure to bring some comfortable shoes and some water with you. read more

Came with a large group of kids tonight to enjoy the corn maze. We called ahead. We made sure it was open and we were prepared. We drive 40 minutes to the maze to find out that they closed it. Rain?? Not the event or the night we were looking for. There was hardly a cloud in the sky much less rain. Don't waste your time by coming out here to find out that they are closed. HORRIBLE. I am appalled! 0 mask enforcement. I even saw employees not wearing a mask. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would not recommend you come here unless you're okay with 0 social distancing protocols and a ton of people not wearing masks. Honestly this business should be shut down for lack of responsibility and contributing to the spread of covid during a global pandemic. So disappointed. When your hours say you close at 8:00 you should close at 8:00 not 7:30! Or at least tell your customers when purchasing tickets that you will be closing 30 min early today. read more

Management is very poor. Not recommend to live there.
