My most recent experience compels me to rate this store. I planned a project in my house and ordered lumber from this store. I was told inventory was more than adequate. Delivery was scheduled and I was totally ready to complete the project on the weekend. While waiting for delivery on delivery day I learned that inventory of the most critical board was such that less than half the required quantity was available for delivery. My project wasn't happening and I was left to the task of returning everything in the house to normal. At this time I'm not sure when I'll be able to do the work but I am sure that this store has a big problem. I can't blame anyone at Lowe's except the store manager. I'll bet that person blames covid.
