Instead I was told to text her, and so I did, and never got a response. Pretty silly that the manager was right there and just wouldn't help, and then I followed the direction to text, and never got a response. I did go in person once previously a few months ago to pick up my online order of cupcakes and they were out of two of the flavors even though I ordered 5 days in advance, so they had to switch out of two cupcakes and it took 15 minutes to get my order ready. Not impressed.

She was knowledgeable about new (seasonal) flavors coming out (again) like the key lime and the lemon raspberry- both of which are my favs! I stopped by within a half hour before closing time.
