I have called about this and my answer was this.......only three components of a water heater.... the thermostat, the element and the tank. Giles warranty only covered the install, and the manufactures warranty only cover a five year warranty on the tank. Giles would only replace the element and the thermostat because that was common practice in these situations......at a cost of $450.00. We paid $2,000.00 upon install and was confident that this install would last us longer than three years. I would be very cautious if Giles recommends installing a Bradford-White water heater in your home. By the way, I was told if I was a handy man, I could do this myself.

OUCH! the price was outrageous! When everyone else charges about $55 an hour, I was charged $130 for about 45 minutes of work. Chris Blue did a great job, but I let him know that I would not be calling Fling again for any future services. Fling is definately proud of the service they provide and are equally HIGH on their prices. My advise, keep dialing and find another company to provide you with service.

I had my foundation vents replaced, and the guy sent me pics of this company having cut the belly wrap for the under the house insulation under my master tub and NOT repairing any of it. Under the tub is just wide open. It also appears that the hall shower is leaking. It's a good thing it is not used regularly! I texted them the pics and asked for an explanation. This mess cost me a lot of money, not to mention the laundry room wall (piece of drywall) they broke moving the master tub in and the many holes they put in my wall to "find" something.
