I had to go back a week later and ask for a new prescription. After I got these new contacts prescriptions written down, I went and ordered contacts online. The site checked what I reported as my prescription with what the eye doctor had on file, and there was a discrepancy. Turns out that the prescription that the doctor had written down for me was different from what they actually had on file, and they had given me my old prescription instead. When I called and asked about it, they were not sorry about it at all or showed any understanding. Also, they're really expensive. But I'd rather pay more and get good service rather than waste weeks of my time with them.

Unlike some other places, my appointments here always start promptly. Dr. Byers is very thorough and takes his time with every patient, which we all truly appreciate. The optician was very friendly and her enthusiasm made purchasing glasses even kind of fun! Contacts I bought last year here were pricier than another place I used previously, but I'm happy to support such great local businesses. Price-matching would definitely be a bonus!
