There was a long delay in having the money wired from the bank because it was located on the west coast around lunchtime. Adam did not raise any issue and did not charge my client a penny extra because of this snafu. That impressed me because I thought my client would have to pay extra for such a long closing (4 hours - the absolute longest closing I've ever been part of). Worst communication of any law firm I have ever worked with. The assigned attorney went out on a…read moresudden medical leave, and they didn't bring in anyone to cover, nor did the principal in the firm step up to cover for his clients. Filed my bankruptcy and then didn't initiate nor respond to communications. Then, 2 months after filing, they get a hold of me and tell me that I am now 3 months behind in my payments, having never told me what my payments were going to be. I called a meeting with the assigned attorney ( who seems pretty good and I think he should venture out of this dumpster fire or a law firm ) and the principal of the firm. The principal sat for a few minutes, and extolled on all the ' great important work's they had done for me and then skipped out, without hearing anything I had to say. Avoid at all costs.
