This firm have taken 6 months already to do some simple conveyancing and no sign of that changing soon. They blame staff shortages and a "new" person has just picked up the file and starting from scratch. There has been a problem for at least the last 4 months so they have taken too long to acknowledge the problem and start to resolve it. They fail to reply to phone or email and do not contact their clients even when they themselves have suggested the follow up method/timing. They mess other peoples' solicitors about by denying they have received email, draft contracts etc. They have used this "excuse" 3 times since April on one case, so no brownie points for originality or honesty. They have a terrible reputation locally, lots of criticism on social media etc No smoke without fire! suggest steer clear! read more

Virtually non existent customer service. Seem unable to deliver what they promise, don't seem to be bothered that they are wasting the customers time and don't seem able to communicate. ie can't be bothered to call back when requested or even email a response. Overall, I don't think I have come across such an arrogant organisation. Our organisation will never use this company again. read more
