His name is Jay and he walked me through every step of the course and college intake process. He reassured me I would get the help I needed any time I needed it and has been there for me since day 1! He cheered me on in the corridors when he saw me show up to my first class and has continued to follow up with me on my progress and needs. Am loving this school and looking forward to graduating and truly appreciate all the continuous help and support I got from Jay. The financial aid process though seems challenging they truly helped me through the entire process making it seemless and easy! I would recommend this school to all my family and friends and say just ask for Jay and he'll help guide you through whichever program you're interested in!

I tried other Real Estate School here in town, (Bakersfield) bought the books, program & all but didn't follow through. They did not offered what I really, really needed. To try to make the story short, for me to study & hopefully learn I had to be out of my house & into a "classroom" setting. Keller Williams, has been the answer to my prayers. The instructors are awesome, beautiful people who make learning easy, practical, & even entertaining. Dana & Raymond I will forever be grateful to you both. The teachers are magnificent!!!! They truly are their to get you ready! Although I'm sure it's a lot of work for them having to put up with a lot of girls who don't really listen about dress code and things like that. They are still nice and positive. On the other hand, I don't appreciate how so many ladies that attend milan can be very mean and judge-mental. They think as if it's highschool. Not following dress code, talking smack about others, being mean to each other and jealousy. If someone is very good at something .. and also if you are thinking of going here , mark your belongings because they will get stolen or misplaced. And the products are very low quality. Besides all that it's a great school if you get lucky to have nice people in your class.

Instructions for students are unnecessarily complicated and unclear. The curriculum for the prerequisite class was subpar and borderline unacceptable, especially considering the $1200 price tag. Since students are paying a lot of money for the convenience of this program, MAKE IT CONVENIENT.
