Even though the school is headquartered out of Sacramento and they can be quite difficult to deal with at times, the team here truly has their students' best interests in mind and constantly go above and beyond to help ensure a successful completion of the process and even put in extra hours of their own time without being compensated to have you prepared as much as possible by the time you pull in to DMV. Instructions for students are unnecessarily complicated and unclear. The curriculum for the prerequisite class was subpar and borderline unacceptable, especially considering the $1200 price tag. Admin has been equally unimpressive. Communication is awful. The Complio system and the Unitek website are confusing and difficult to navigate. Since students are paying a lot of money for the convenience of this program, MAKE IT CONVENIENT.
