I had reached out to BSM in March of 2023. After having a meeting with Chris and Daniel, I paid…read morethe requested first and last month payments to begin work on the SEO of my website. With their program, the first moth was spent auditing the current site, the second month was to fix any issues found and develop a strategy to move forward. The next four months involved developing a grand total of (2) webpages (both identical except for content). In 6 months they had charged me $16,000 for that work. When asked why work was going so slow, Chris and Daniel both admitted work wasn't being done on a prompt basis but would only supply vague apologies. In September I made my last payment; expecting one more month of work since I paid first and last month at the start. No work was ever done on the last month - that last months' payment should be returned! From the total $16,000 and 6 months of being in charge of the SEO - I cannot say that any new traffic was generated. They had said repeatedly that any results are 3 months away (repeatedly). So now that four months have gone by, I am positive they oversold and underperformed. They were the worst mistake of 2022. I would highly advise NOT giving this company your money!
