The past year I have been getting the Cool peel laser treatment every 6 weeks, after receiving a terrific deal from this spa, particularly lovely Escala or Cho Cho. The whole staff at this spa are very knowledgeable, discussing various treatments and options, and listening to what I as a consumer expect and want. Recently I made a mistake signing up for a procedure that I thought I wanted and signed up for Cherry which is a financial institution . The next day I had changed my mind and canceled that procedure. They were very kind and assisted me to cancel the procedure and change my Cherry program for a different procedure. I had a difficult time with Cherry, but this staff including the manager assisted me to change Cherry (which is very difficult). I really recommend this med spa, it's clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. I just wish it was closer to where I lived. I give Deluxe Cosmetic Center in LA 5 stars and highly recommend it.

Great experience here. I got a facial a while back and it was the best one i've had in my life…read more Felt super relaxed the whole time and honestly almost dozed off. Before the facial, I was given a back massage that really helped to loosen up tense muscles and a super nice head massage. The lady that did my facial used the perfect amount of pressure. Not too hard but not too soft. Afterwards, I saw that my face had a noticeable lift and I just felt so refreshed overall. The staff here are super kind and patient. The whole vibe of this place is just amazing and so calming. Definitely recommend!
