The business owner is insane. Attached are screenshots…read more I came in for a haircut today with one of their stylists, Chloe. While I was in there, we were chitchatting and I just didn't feel too confident in the haircut that I would get based off of some of the questions she was asking and her general demeanor. After sitting in the chair for about a minute, I gently said, "Chloe I'm sorry I don't think that I'll be able to get a haircut here today." She said that's ok, took the apron off me, and walked me out the door. I then get a message 25 minutes later from the owner, telling me that I was stealing from her business and that she was calling the police on me! Her stylist had not cut any of my hair and I had only been in her chair for 1 minute before stopping her! Also, Chloe said that's fine and walked me out without asking for me to pay for "her service". This business owner is insane and feels it acceptable to call the police on her potential clients. I have no problem responding to the owner if she decides to react to this review to "explain the situation" to make herself not look so bad. I can back up everything I've claimed and I'm quite upset by the situation.

Day of, I received a call from the owner (who I know), saying she'd have to have another stylist do my hair. Sure, no problem. This 1 time. I had an appt on Saturday @ 1pm. Came about 15 mins prior to my appt time. In case. The owner was talking to the stylist about how to do my hair etc etc. To be honest, I SHOULD of said something, the stylist that was going to do my hair, looked nervous. But I kept my mouth shut. She's the expert, not me. Right?! I needed a cut & highlights. We decided to do partial highlights since I was stressed for time. Needed to be out by 430pm. Since I had reservations @ 630pm. Let's just say, I left the salon, with the same hair. No cut, and at 530pm instead of 430pm. I texted the owner & told her next time, someone else has to do my hair. She asked if I liked my hair. I flat out lied. I was stressed for time & didn't want to stress on the matter, as I had some place to be. I wanted to like my hair, but the next day. When I took a good look, I was pretty pissed, more than anything. There are noticeable highlights when I tie my hair up, otherwise, my roots up top are still far out & looks like no color attached on. At the end - 2 other stylists had to join in to help. Which is why I tipped $70. I did set up another appt but eventually cancelled. I even went on IG to see the stylist's page. She's great! She's been doing it for years, but I'm still unsure of what went wrong. Now if I at least had a hair cut, I don't think I'd be as unpleased. And definitely would return to try & get it fixed. But, this whole situation def made me upset, angry, and down right sad.
