He said barring any issues, it should be done in 24 hours. Yuriy called the next day and said it was ready. To see my desktop set up exactly as it was on the new equipment was a relief. His pricing is reasonable. I did not ask for a price before he began the work and he did not take advantage of that. Yuriy is an IT specialist I could recommend with confidence to my clients.

Their contracts renew for 3 years and the only way to cancel is to send a certified letter by US Mail exactly 60 days prior to end of term. Their "terms and conditions" are buried in their website and are a horrible quality scan as a PDF so you can't search the text. Their entire business is built around screwing the customer.
