I was visiting my fiancee now husband in Milan and was in need of a trim. I walked in Thursday and requested an appointment. They fit me in the next day! Then when I told them what I wanted they booked me with their head stylist visiting from the salon in Rome. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment and they washed my hair the way I like it! That was the longest part of the process the blowout and cut were done in 45 mins. Wow, I was so scared of how it would come out and then to find my hair looked so beautiful. Also, my blowout lasted for days, almost a week. I am definitely getting my hair done here when I come back. They really are professional and work like a team here. I also had a Manicure and Pedicure here and was happy with that, however it is not like when you have your nails done here in the states. I think I was her only client so she really took her time. Almost 2 1/2 hours. But she was really friendly to me and tolerated my terribly spoken Italian and my ok spanish.

When I arrived I was greeted promptly and taken to my chair. I then had someone ask me what I was looking for and describe the style I was looking for. I then had my hair shampooed and conditioned by another person who did a really nice deep scrub on my scalp. It felt amazing. I then went back to my chair and got my hair cut and styled to my liking.
