Contact Chile has acceptable customer service, but unfortunately you do not get what you paid for. The apartments they advertise are nothing like what you actually get. They are old, unkept, dirty, and lack of kitchen appliances. I would not stay there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more

I was so disappointed by Contact Chile. We had been trying to contact and call them for at least a week. By the time they called us, we informed them that we would just like to rent the apartment that was posted on there online sight. The woman said she could do this. Then the lady informed us that it had been rented 4 hours later. Contact Chile really needs to work on contacting clients at a much faster rate. Poor service and I do not recommend. read more
