I was…read moretold by Carole Simard that they will deduct the $40.00 cost of the replacement on my next emptying, which they did honour. Two years later, I have the septic emptied again with the $40.00 deducted on my bill. However, I was out of province when it was done and they broke another cover! I will attach a picture that the caretaker at my home took On the day they came by. Beauregard refuses to reimburse or, yet again, deduct the cost on my next emptying. Very disappointed at their disregard of what their worker did, yet again. Sloppy worker.
