APO is, to put it simply, very convenient. There are tons of professionals (dentists, oral…read moresurgeons, dental hygienists, radiologists, etc.) crammed into one building so you don't need to go anywhere else for your dental health needs.
This, of course, has some downsides: first of all and most importantly, I've been going for almost a year and I still haven't gathered the courage to ask for the wifi password (if you find out, please do hit me up). Second of all, there's an evident decline in service when the dentists have to comply with (what I assume is) the 30 minute time limit imposed by the company to solve their patient's problems.
There are some really great dentists working in APO, but some others seem tired and exasperated. They still treat you quite well, but one can't help but wonder how overworked they might be.
Most dentists can understand dental terms in English in case you forget how to say stuff in Spanish, so that's a relief.
The service is really good, and it's incredibly convenient. It's really well located and there are plenty of pharmacies around. I'd recommend it, but if you're looking for a professional to stick with for years to come, this is not the perfect place for you.
