Hey everyone, I am a…read morelowly old graduate student and I don't consider myself much of a world traveler. This was my first experience with a travel visa which I could buy at the airport and thus my first experience with a visa company. To be honest, I was horrified of the idea of sending my passport to a company, let alone a person, I had never heard of. However, I could not be more pleased with the experience. First, the price of obtaining a visa to China isn't cheap, but the price offered by travelandvisa was not only the cheapest; it was cheaper than any company by almost 25%. Second, the responsiveness was unprecedented. I called several companies regarding visas and because this service is one typically offered by individuals through a parent company (like a notary) I would have to wait hours for a response, and talk to a unprofessional individual during their lunch hour. With travelandvisa, every time I called, the call was received by a person ready to answer any questions. A PERSON! And believe me, being a hyper-active, paranoid grad student, I called many, many times. I was provided updates throughout the waiting period via email. And on many occasions, rallied emails back-and-forth with questions. Average response time via email, 7 minutes. And finally, the customer service was outstanding. Because I was worried about giving my passport to anyone, I was able to meet the owner, feel out the situation. Further, the company was extremely flexible on picking up and dropping of the passport. Because I didn't want to mail my passport to and from the office (increasing the cost) the owner let me pick the time to drop off and pick up my passport and visa. Something no other company would let me do. I was so pleased, that not only am i writing a review and I will plan on using them again if I ever travel, I told the owner I would pass out their business cards in my department. Travelandvisa, thank you for all your help.

I plan on going back and using them again to get me there. AAA told me it would take along time to get a visa. No problem with gotorussia.com Russia like any country outside the US is different. I have travled many places and find that no travel is easy because you have to travel. Again I would use them for my visa and sometimes there plane filghts are cheaper and sometimes not. If you want to go to Russia cheaper than go in the winter but beware it is cold I mean really cold. If you go in the summer it is so lovely but can be cool. I found out from my wife that tipping in Russia at 5% is plenty. Gave the waiter 20% and everytime we went back to that restaurant he came and took us to his table. Most signs in Russia are in Russian so if you can not read Russian than be prepared to have a more challenging trip. If you ride the subway in Moscow you will need to get in the doors quickly as they show no mercy and when they close they are closed. If you want to buy souvenirs than do not go downtown as they are very pricey there. Enjoy your trip. David

The knowledgeable travel agent Tamika is very professional and have such a great spirit the few times I've spoken to via phone her i could tell the passion and love she has for traveling in her voice she listened to what I wanted, advise accordingly and made extremely helpful suggestions. She never pushed me to spend more money and always offered a five star experience. Nothing was to much for her to tackle. She always responded to me in a timely manner. As she stated in her interview on Instagram last year she traveled to 33 different destinations so all the places I had questions about she was able to give me tips on things i should do if i was to visit them. I'm excited i will be using Geaux vacay again In January for my trip to Cancun . I've briefly mention to her i would love to plan a trip for my family in June 2021 to Jamaica and before I knew it she had already email me a few options and packages for my family to consider.
